GiftGlobal servers
On a paid server, turn on Global to collect each joined person's voice-page output language and post missing translations together in the same vc-chat-room-01. People do not type a language in the channel, and Talksyne does not grant roles.
Global cannot be used on Trial. Enable it only on a paid server.
Read-aloud VC
On a paid plan you can create one read-aloud voice channel per server when you add a server. After /join, use /vc join to enter. The bot reads Talksyne transcripts and ordinary messages in the paired text channel (commands such as /join are not read). Leaving the VC stops the read-aloud. The VC is always server-muted and you cannot unmute yourself. Closing the voice page also leaves the VC. Use /vc quit to leave the VC only.
Read-aloud VC cannot be created on Trial. Choose it when adding a server on a paid plan.
Privacy
Raw audio is not stored on Talksyne servers. Only text is sent.
Install the Bot
Add Talksyne Bot from the dashboard. There are no start/stop commands. The bot stays online.
FAQ
Can other people hear my voice?
No. Only text reaches Discord.
Do I need a keyboard?
No. The voice page can send without typing.
Can I use multiple servers?
Yes. Buy extra slots and assign them to other servers.
How many people per Block?
Each Block covers 10 people. Buy another Block to add more.
What is Global?
A paid-server feature. Talksyne reads the output language of everyone currently joined and posts missing translations in the same vc-chat-room-01. No in-channel language command and no roles. Trial cannot use Global.
What is the read-aloud VC?
A hidden voice channel you can create with a paid server (one per server). After /join, /vc join grants access so you can hear transcripts and ordinary messages in the paired text channel (commands are not read). Leaving the VC stops the audio. The VC is always muted. Closing the voice page also leaves the VC. Use /vc quit to leave the VC only.
